Alchemy 1 - 375 Leveling Guide

"Alchemy is one of the cheaper and easiest to level up professions out there. Most potions good for leveling only require two herbs and a vial and herbs are generally very easy to obtain. You can get to 300 without the need of many drop recipes and can generally keep your costs down all the way to 375. This guide details step by step the fastest and cheapest way to get Alchemy to a skill level of 375. Unlike other guides, we’re not going to list a shopping list, since you won’t always gain a skill gain on a yellow. However, if you’re looking for shopping for a particular item go ahead and guess how many you’ll need to make (say 10) then add 5 more for failures then times that by what’s required to create it. So for instance, a 60 Minor Healing Potions would need 65 Silverleaf, 65 Peacebloom, and 60 Empty Vials to get you to a skill level of sixty. If speed is a primary concern then you may want to buy your materials off the Auction House. Be warned though, it’s very expensive and it is much better to just get the herbs yourself. However, if you’ve got the money to spare then it shouldn’t be a problem 1-60 Minor Healing Potion The cheapest possible potion to make with the easiest/cheapest to obtain items. There is no reason not to take advantage of this.Important, SAVE all of these. wow gold Seriously! You'll be using them again shortly. 60-75 Create fifteen of these then train for Journeyman Alchemy. 75-105 After you train to become a Journeyman Alchemist you need to continue making these as you already have the Minor Healing Potion from before, so it's pretty efficent.You may want to put them on the Auction House, lowbies in the BGs like them for their cheapness.
105-110 You may not need to do this, you may get lucky with your Lesser Healing Potions and not need to use this. Don't try to force it though, these should be Orange and give you a point on each creation. 110-150 This will take you all the way to expert and these also sell kind of well on the Auction House for lowbies in the bg. wow power level When finished, train to become an Expert Alchemist. " "Those with the Burning Crusade, a level 68 or higher character, and Alchemy at 325 skill can embark on a question to gain a specialization in Alchemy. You can only learn ONE specialization and can’t switch without dropping Alchemy (and losing all of your skill, recipes, and discoveries). If you do drop Alchemy to switch then note you won’t have to do the quest for the other specializations. Blizzard has mentioned the rate to create additional items is at around 10-15%. You can end up getting 5 additional items in the creation of the same item. wow gold All of the items are duplicates of whatever you are creating. In most cases, you can only get additional items off of high level recipes. Master of Elixirs Allows an Alchemist to sometimes create more than one (up to 5) elixirs. Flasks are considered Elixirs, making this a very good specialization for any raiding guild Alchemists. For the more casual players who focus on potions or transmutes for cash then this wouldn’t be that great. To gain a mastery of elixirs travel to Shattrath city and speak with Lorokeen. You’ll need 10 Essence of Infinity, 5 elixirs of major defense, 5 elixirs of mastery, and 5 elixirs of major agility. wow power leveling Return with the items and you will have gained the mastery of elixirs. Master of Potions Allows an Alchemist to sometimes create more than one (up to five) potions.
This is a great mastery for anyone who brews potions often for PvP or to sell on the auction house. If you find yourself doing elixirs more often for your guild or for the buffs then this wouldn’t be that great of an idea. To gain a mastery of potions travel to Cenarion Refuge in Zangarmarsh. Find Lauranna Thar’well and take on her quest. wow level up She’ll want the Botanist’s Field Guide, 5 Super Healing Potions, 5 Super Mana Potions, and 5 Major Dreamless Sleep potions. Master of Transmutation Allows an Alchemist to get greater results when transmuting which basically means you can get up to five additional items during a transmute. Very useful for those who do transmuting often to take inexpensive metals/essences and turn them into something more profitable. If you want to gain a mastery of transmutation, head to Stormspire in Netherstorm. There Zarevhi waits and he wants four Primal Mights. " .

The Blood Furnace Guide

"The Blood Furnace is the second wing of the Hellfire Citadel and are generally referred to as the Furnace. The citadel itself straddles the path of glory leading to the Dark Portal and contains 3 other instances. The Citadel is the home of the Fel Orcs in Hellfire Peninsula and was built by Blackhand and Gul’dan and still houses the Kargath Bladefist. The Blood Furnace instance takes place in a tower that overlooks the Ramparts. Once in the instance you find out that the Fel orcs are conducting experiments growing a new orc type using the blood of Magtheridon, who is trapped below the instance in his lair. You can even catch a glimpse of Magtheridon through the grid iron floor of Keli'dans room. Getting to Hellfire Citadel and finding a group The first thing is to figure out how to get to the new instances. For that I headed over to our trusty map of the outlands. The Hellfire Citadel is located in the in the center of the Hellfire peninsula between the Horde city of Thrallmar and the Alliance city of Honor Hold. The instance itself can be done with almost any group as long as you have patience. Gear is a bit of an issue since difficulty has been stepped up. As long as you all have at least dungeon tier 1 items you should be ok in the instance. Everyone should try using the meeting stones and LFM/LFG systems to find and summon their group. The more players that use the system the better it will work. Quests There two quests available in the Blood Furnace. Heart of Rage – Fully investigate the Blood Furnace and then report to Nazgrel at Thrallmar in Hellfire Peninsula. (Or the equivalent from Honor Hold) The Blood is Life - Collect 10 Fel Orc Blood Vials and return them to Centurion Caza'rez at Thrallmar in Hellfire Peninsula.
wow gold (Or the equivalent from Honor Hold) " "Gruul's Lair is a 25 man raid instance located in the Blade's Edge Mountains. Gruul the Dragonkiller makes his home there and the raid is very similar in style to the Onyxia raid from pre-Burning Crusade. There are very few trash MOBs and the raid is essentially Boss fights. Gruul is the huge Gronn overlord that makes his home in the Blade's Edge Mountains. You will have seen his sons throughout the zone previously. wow power level In addition to Gruul, the raid houses the High King Maulgar, king of the Ogres. When you fight the King you must also fight his high counsel. Both of the bosses here drop tokens for the tier 4 raid set. The tokens are each redeemable for the Tier 4 leg or shoulder piece of you choice. There are very few trash MOBs in the raid instance. There are three MOBs before the High King Maulgar (a group of 2 and a single) and four pulls of groups before Gruul. The MOBs are on 1 hour spawn timers. wow gold The ones leading to the High Kill will stop spawning once he has been killed. Once Gruul is down no more MOBs will spawn until the instance resets. The MOBs will be either Gronn-Priests or Lair Brutes randomly. Therefore in a 2 MOB group you could have 2 healers or 2 melee to deal with or 1 of each. Gronn-Priest - As the name implies these MOBs are healers. They have several abilities and an immunity to Silence. wow power leveling Heal - A huge heal that can restore up to 50% of their health. This heal can and must be interrupted. If you let the priest continually get this heal cast, you will wipe due to lack of mana on your healers and casters.
Psychic Scream - This is the same as a normal priests spell of the same name, it sends everyone running. Renew - A powerful heal over time ability that heals them for up to 10,000 health per second. It can be spell stolen by a mage, and can be dispelled. Lair Brute - As the name implies these MOBs are melee warriors. Charge - He targets and charges a random character outside of 10 yards. wow level up While he does this he also clears his aggro table. If you have everyone within the 10 yards then he will not use this ability. Cleave - Similar to the warrior ability, hits everyone in the front 180 degrees. Can hit for 4500 - 7000 damage. Everyone should remain behind them so they are not hit. Mortal Strike - A powerful melee strike that hits for up to 7000 on a well equipped tank. Call For Help - When he is near death he can call for assistance from nearby MOBs. It has a huge radius so they must be pulled far from other groups. " .

Keli'dan the Breaker

"When you get to Keli'dans room you are greeted by 5 warlocks that are casting the pentagram around him. You must kill them before the fight with Keli'dan begins. They can each cast short range shadow bolts that hit for roughly 1000 damage. They can also put a debuff on you that increases all shadow damage by 1000. The strategy in this phase is to keep the debuff removed from players as quickly as possible. If you can crowd control a few of them it will make your job easier as well. The goal is to go into the second phase will all the debuffs removed and as much mana and health as possible. Keli'dan himself is not to difficult once you learn to deal with his abilities, which are: AOE Fire Blast - Every so often in the fight Keli'dan will yell ""Closer! Come Closer! And Burn!"" and then send out 3 AOE fire blasts that hit for about 2k damage each. While doing this he is also immune to damage. Shadow Bolt - He can hit everyone in his front arc with shadow bolts. As soon as he rushes forward the tank should pick him up and everyone else gives him a few seconds to gain control and turn him away from the group. wow gold You can then hit him from the rear until he does his AOE call. At that point everyone including the tank needs to clear out at least 20 yards. As soon as the third AOE blast is done the tank moves in and reestablishes control, and every one else can start DPS again. Rinse and repeat until done. conclution Even with a few wipes while learning the instance it should take less than 90 minutes to complete the Blood Furnace. Later runs should get this down to less than an hour.
wow power level As with the Hellfire Ramparts most players really like the instance because of its speed and accessibility. While not quite as fast as the Hellfire Ramparts it doesn't feel dragged out, and many players prefer it to the Ramparts due to the variety in it. Again the loot is excellent and will make many players come back over and over again. Most of the MOBs in the Burning Crusade instances hit a lot harder than anything in 5 mans and in some cases even the old 20 man raids. There is a reason that stamina is on a lot of the new loot and that the numbers are so high. wow gold Health can drop insanely fast now when you are being hit by more than a single MOB. Several tanks were shocked at the damage being taken on many occasions. Several of the items are almost must haves for specific classes if you want to progress on to the Slave Pens and Underbog in Zangarmarsh. " "Trash MOBs There are many new mobs and several interesting trash MOBs in the Blood Furnace. While making your way through the instance you should be aware of at least the following: Shadowmoon Technician –They through bombs that explode for an AOE damage and silence, and place land mines on the ground that explode for 2k damage to everyone around them. The mines can be deactivated by a rogue or you can just move carefully around them. wow power leveling Nascent Fel Orc – The new type of Fel orc being built (grown. ) in the labs in the Blood Furnace. Laughing Skull Rogue – You can find these in several places in the instance. They pop out of stealth and poison their target. They can do severe damage to cloth wearers very quickly so it is important to always let the tank lead into a new area.
The Maker The first boss you come across is The Maker, a very large angry looking Orc that carries alot of equipment strapped to his arms and back. wow level up The room he is in is a torture type lab with prison cells along the side and he looks almost mechanical in nature, and a bit like a frankenstein creation. The whole scene works. Being pieced together from bits of others, he is an undead creature. Knockback - Throws everyone that is in melee away from him about 10 yards, while also reducing aggro from those characters. Mind Control - Takes over a random person with mind control for a short period of time (roughly 10-15 seconds). This can not be dispelled, although the person can me poly morphed. Acid spray - He can hit everyone in his front arc within roughly 10 yards with an acid stray. While he can hit fairly hard, the easiest way to fight him is a simple tank and spank. The tank gains control and then everyone else should DPS him down as fast as possible. If the tank gets mind controlled, things can go wrong quickly. The best way to handle this is to slow the tank and the Maker down and kite them until the mind control expires and then resume DPS..

"I've spent some time in order to gather data about formulas and mechanics that could be possibly connected with tanking. This post consist all the most important information collected from various websites, forums, other's experience and my own. Hope it will come helpfull one day. World of Warcraft - Pile-On!

"Justin ""Ferret"" Ramos (FilePlanet Editor): Many people will tell you that this game deviates from the normal MMORPG, allow me to go a step further and say it's not a MMORPG at all! There is little about this game that feels like your role-playing whatsoever. As heard time and time again, World of Warcraft is fast paced and intense; truly an attention deficit persons dream come true. However the RP elements of the game are really non-existent. You log in for a few hours, kill some monsters, and deliver some pelts to get some extra Quest XP. As an added bonus you get to listen to people barter ph4t l00t on chat channels and overall act childish over kill-stealing (Because lets face it folks, how many mature Warcraft III and Diablo players are there in the world. ). Don't get me wrong, World of Warcraft is a great game. cheap wow gold It has action, intrigue, and even a cheese store; and that makes it a great game indeed. There is just a certain something that is missing to capture my heart. Depth. With WOW, I found myself well into the 30's before I had a significantly hard time completing quests by myself. Granted it takes longer, and don't even think about trying Elite quests, but for a quick fix I found myself obliged to take more than a couple ""World of Lunchcraft"" breaks " "The very first tip for any WoW player looking to earn the cash necessary to purchase an epic flying mount (particularly the skill required to fly one, which runs 5000 gold!) is to pay no attention to the tempting Netherdrake mounts zipping around the sky in southeast Shadowmoon Valley. These special mounts are acquired by completing daily quests for the Netherwing faction, but you must already have the 5000-gold riding skill in order to accept the daily quests at Netherwing Ledge, where most of these quests are based. really cheap wow gold That's right, in order to make money completing daily quests for the Netherwing, you need to have already purchased the epic flying mount riding skill, utterly negating any value of the quests for that purpose. Sure, you can fly out to Netherwing Ledge, but all you will find there are mobs to kill and no daily quests. To make matters worse, the Netherwing faction requires that a fairly long and arduous quest chain be completed before becoming familiar enough with the faction for them to offer any dailies. The culmination of this quest chain is a quest called Zuluhed the Wacked which cannot be soloed and requires at least two (though three to five compatriots are definitely recommended) players working together to fell the nasty Zuluhed... who is absolutely wack in addition to being wacked. Granted, that initial quest chain can be completed before purchasing your epic flying mount skill, but that's not your focus right now... fast wow gold you want gold and you want it now.
You can always grind out faction rep with the Netherwing jerks for your sweet Netherdrake epic flyer later, once you can actually ride the damned thing. When you do finally decide to hit up the Netherwing, you'll want to pay special attention to the daily gathering quests (Netherwing Crystals and one of the three profession-specific gathering quests) and avoid The Not-So-Friendly Skies quest which requires you to shoot mounted warriors out of the sky while perching on small floating asteroid platforms (a total pain in the ass unless you are a ranged class like a Hunter or Mage). Once you've earned a friendly reputation with the Netherwing, more quests become accessible, but let's get back to the bread and butter of daily quest money-makers. "

Alliance Experience Newsletter Starting Off

" Now, depending on which Alliance Race you choose, will depend on where you will go to xp. By level 10 all 4 races will all be in the same place. So, lets begin- --Dwarves and Gnomes-- If you choose to be a Dwarf or a Gnome, you will start in a noob area near Ironforge. Firstly, speed level up to 6. This means do all of the quests, which will get you to level 5 or so. Then grind in the Troll cave until level 6. Once level 6, make your way to Kherranos. Once in Kherranos complete the quests there, you may need to group at time but you need to complete all of your quests. Make sure you are picking up your skills every even level. cheap wow gold Stay in Kherranos until level 9, once level 9 head to Ironforge. Take the Deeprun Tram to Stormwind, and run down to Goldshire. Begin to complete all of the Human quests there, untill level 10 or so. Once you are level 10 head over to Westfall. --Humans-- If you choose to be a Human, you will start in a noob area near Stormwind. Firstly, speed level up to 6. wow power level This means do all of the quests, which will get you to level 5 or so. Then grind in the Kobold cave until level 6. Once level 6, make your way to Goldshire. Once in Goldshire complete the quests there, you may need to group at time but you need to complete all of your quests. Make sure you are picking up your skills every even level. Stay in Goldshire until level 9, once level 9 head to Stormwind. wow gold Take the Deeprun Tram to Ironforge, and run down to Kherranos. Begin to complete all of the Dwarf quests there, until level 10 or so.
Once you are level 10 head over to Westfall. --Night Elf-- If you choose to be a Nightelf, you will start in a noob area near Darnassas. Firstly, speed level up to 6. Once in Darnassas take the ship over to Menethil Harbor. Then begin to make your run up untill you reach Ironforge. Once in Ironforge run down to Kherranos. Dungeons and Raids

"All 25- player raid bosses that drop set tokens will now drop an additional token! Players will no longer require an attunement quest to enter Hyjal. Players will no longer require an attunement quest to enter the Black Temple. wow honor You may now fight Prince Kael'thas and Lady Vashj without first killing all the other bosses in their respective dungeons. Gems obtained through Heroic difficulty instances are no longer Unique-equipped. Players will no longer need the Master's Key to enter Karazhan. guild wars gold The gates to Karazhan will still require the Master's Key to be unlocked. Many gameplay elements of the encounters in Magtheridon's Lair have been changed to decrease their overall complexity and difficulty. No more attunements. cheap wow gold ! If there was ever a defining characteristic of TBC raiding, I would have to say the attunement process is a standout candidate. And now, in patch 2.4, Blizzard seems to have stopped the great attunement experiment. Is this a portent of what's to come in WotLK. wow level up Perhaps one day, you'll be telling the next generation of wow players how they have it so good because 'back in the day' we had to do all sorts of crazy stuff just to have the privilege of entering a raid instance... that and having to go 10 miles in the snow without a mount. All kidding aside, the buffs to boss drops across the board is a huge change. Your raid should be able to gear up even faster and be ready to take on progression without having to wait as long to gear up some of your members. Also recruitment should be more open now that attunements are gone. Now you can accept people more based on their ability instead of what they're attuned for.
Perhaps now, you can let some of your raiders change mains without worrying about having to back attune them. Mag... Well at least this might mean I can finally finish my Trials of the Naaru quest in my quest log. A nerfed encounter (3 channelers instead of 5 and no more cube rotation needed) and buffed loot drops (yay gems), maybe Hellfire is the place to be! PUG Mag anyone. "

"The Sunwell Isle

"The Sunwell Isle is now available for play. This area includes a new quest hub and 5-player and 25-player instances. Join the Shattered Sun Offensive in shutting down Kael'thas' nefarious operations. This new force is comprised by both the Aldor and Scryers and is led by the Naaru. Players will take part in claiming Sun's Reach and setting up a larger base of operation to stop Kael'thas and the Legion. wow honor Here it is, the big thing for 2.4. The Sunwell raid instance is supposed to be harder than The Black Temple and contains the best loot currently available. However, if your guild can kill the trash packs leading up to Kael in TK, then your guild, with enough practice, can clear the trash in Sunwell up to Kalecgos. Most of the trash is susceptible to CC (sheep, sap, etc) and just make sure to kill the scout first (like the scouts in ZA). Let's compare the drops for trash with say Void Reaver (we don't call him loot reaver for nothing). You can now expect to get 2 Badge of Justice (50 badges total for the raid), 3 T5 shoulder tokens, and an extra epic on Void Reaver's loot table. For the trash clear in Sunwell, you will probably get at least 4 epic gems, 2-4 epic patterns, 2-4 sunmotes, and a decent chance at a random epic on the trash loot table. The epic gems are worth 15 badges each, get 4 gems and the raid is already ahead. cheap wow gold But what you're really after are the epic patterns. With most specs represented (sorry, no love for tanks, enhancement Shamans, elemental Shamans, and balance Druids) the chest and glove patterns make what's arguably the best items in the game, better than T6.
Add a random epic drop here and there as icing on the cake. The Jewel Crafting patterns are also top notch. Not a crafter or a JC. You don't need to be to use the gloves or the ring, they're BoE, just save up those sunmotes. wow level up All in all, in about the same time as clearing Void Reaver, you can clear the trash in Sunwell once you learn it. The difference is that you're going to get drops that you won't replace until the next expansion. You can also do the trash more often than you can do Void Reaver. Wait for a soft reset (30 minutes of the instance being empty of raiders) and the trash will respawn. Who's with me when I say LFM Sunwell. ! Combat Log Improvements The combat log has undergone improvements that allow more robust combat text filtering including the ability to define custom colors for enemies and friends, as well as combat text filtering for self and others. I have high hopes for this change. Many of the raiding addons that we use will need to change to compensate for this change. With a more efficient combat log, I'm hoping that the addons will be more efficient and more accurate. It's always a nice thing when you have a more accurate threat meter or damage meter. Phase 1 Dailies: Blast the Gateway

"This is the companion quest to ""Blood for Blood,"" and is given by Magistrix Seyla up at the Throne of Kil'Jaeden (""The Missing Magistrix"" is a prerequisite). In ""Blast the Gateway"" you take on a mission to help shut down the Legion Gateway, by means of an interesting quest mechanic. Right-click the supplied Sizzling Embers to release a pet Living Flare, which follows you around. wow honor Contrary to what WoWWiki says, I find that it will not despawn if you use your flying mount, as long as you don't get too far away from it (so be careful on your epic mounts). Find and kill the Incandescent Fel Sparks, which are fire elementals that wander the Throne area. They have a fireball, but like most of the mobs involved in the dailies, they're not hard to kill. guild wars gold Every a Fel Spark is killed with your Living Flare nearby, the Flare energizes. Note that you don't actually have to kill the Spark yourself; if you see some other people killing one, go help, and any flares in the vicinity will get energized. Once your Flare accumulates enough energy (it takes about five eight kills), it will become ""unstable"" and turn green. cheap wow gold Take it over to the Legion Gateway, near Magistrix Seyla, and it'll release its fiery power. Done! Talk to the Magistrix for 12g and 250 Shattered Sun rep. I did have my Flare despawn on me once, but I think I flew up very high or something. "The high elves, led by Dath'Remar, left Kalimdor behind them and challenged the storms of the Maelstrom. Their fleets wandered the wreckage of the world for many long years, and they discovered mysteries and lost kingdoms along their sojourn. wow gold Dath'Remar, who had taken the name Sunstrider (or ""he who walks the day""), sought out places of considerable ley power upon which to build a new homeland for his people. The Amani empire stretched across most of northern Lordaeron, and the trolls fought hard to keep unwanted strangers from their borders. The elves developed a deep loathing for the vicious trolls and killed them on sight whenever they were encountered. "
